About This Project
This Hopkinton project involved a full bathroom extension — starting from the ground up. Work began with excavation, foundation forming, and concrete pour, followed by framing and ZIP System sheathing on the exterior addition.
Inside, the shower was built using NobleSeal sheet membrane and NobleBoard substrate for a fully waterproofed assembly. A Noble linear drain was set into the shower floor, and large-format wood-look porcelain tile was installed on walls and floor. The finished shower includes a custom double niche, a rain head, handheld bar, and sliding glass enclosure.
