About This Project

This Jamaica Plain home presented a full exterior repaint across a large stucco facade — front entry arch, side walls, rear courtyard elevation, gable, and roofline trim. The property features distinctive architectural details including a prominent arched entry surround, arched windows, a rooftop terrace with iron railing, and a courtyard with columns.

Work included thorough surface preparation, careful masking of all trim, windows, and architectural details, and a full repaint from prep through final coat. The photos below document the project from early prep through completion.
